[Emergency] This is a true 24-hour pet emergency room, with lots of busy staff running around. We brought our Jack Russell Terrier, when he a seizure and stopped eating. Our experience was mixed--first we had a young vet who very confidently told us there was nothing wrong, he'd recover. That felt wrong at the time, and it was. When we came back the next time, we got a more tenured vet who spoke better to his problems. There wasn't much that could be done for him. In all of this, there was a lot of testing that was quite costly. In all, I think this is a good place to bring a dog in a true emergency, but of course expect to pay for it. And, you have to advocate and express your views, if something feels wrong or incomplete--probably like anywhere.
